​POSITION SUMMARY  

We are seeking a talented and passionate Generative AI Business Application Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying innovative generative AI-powered applications that address specific business challenges for our clients in the retail, consumer, and broader industries. You will work closely with product managers, data scientists, and other developers to translate business requirements into cutting-edge AI solutions that leverage the power of our ONE™ Platform.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design, develop, and implement generative AI applications utilizing cutting-edge technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Vector Databases, Reinforcement Learning and Coding Accelerators.

  • Integrate generative AI models into current business workflows and applications through APIs and alternative integration methods.

  • Develop and maintain high-quality, well-documented, and testable code.

  • Collaborate with data scientists to fine-tune and optimize generative AI models for specific business use cases.

  • Work closely with product managers to understand and translate business requirements into technical specifications.

  • Contribute to the development of our ONE™ Platform's generative AI capabilities.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in generative AI and related technologies.

  • Engage in code reviews and enhance our overall development processes.

  • Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards in all development activities.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to generative AI applications.

  • Present technical solutions and progress updates to stakeholders.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

  • 7+ years of business application software development experience, focusing on AI and machine learning.

  • Strong proficiency in Python and experience with relevant AI/ML libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).

  • Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI's GPT models, Google's Gemini, or Anthropic's Claude.

  • Experience with prompt engineering techniques for optimizing LLM performance.

  • Experience with API integration and web application development.

  • Solid understanding of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

  • Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.

  • Passion for generative AI and its potential to transform business processes.

  • Experience with AI-powered code assistants like Windsurf by Codeium, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot, Replit, etc.

  • Experience with AI-driven testing and debugging tools.

  • Contributions to open-source AI projects.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
