Digital Wave is headquartered in Florida with a satellite office in India and Europe. This position is U.S.-based and remote.
POSITION SUMMARY
The U.S.-based Account Executive is responsible for supporting sales engagements for a variety of industries but with a heavy concentration on Consumer Brands and Healthcare. While Digital Wave’s core roots have traditionally centered around Retail and Consumer Brands, we are expanding our sales efforts in healthcare and other industries. This role requires a creative mindset with the ability to manage your own business and ensure revenue quotas are achieved quarterly. This role will be unique in that it will require strong sales skills but also the ability to conduct basic product demonstrations as needed. We need an Account Executive who can be self-motivated and self-sufficient when necessary. In this role, you will have the opportunity to sell Digital Wave’s Maestro AI, as well as our solution and our state-of-the-art platform. Lead generation is a key part of this role and develops new selling strategies and best practices to address an ever-changing economic landscape. You will be collaborating with our strong marketing, product management, and presales support teams who will assist you in your sales efforts. You will attend major trade shows and industry events annually and will be required to help our company develop innovative ideas to gain market share.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible and measured on achieving quarterly lead generation and revenue goals.

Engage daily with a variety of technical and business personas, ranging from end-users to executives, during customer sales cycles.

Perform weekly sales reporting and forecasting using ZOHO and other tools.

Respond to RFIs and customer inquiries

Conduct continuous lead generation and brand awareness activities

Successfully conduct virtual and in-person sales meetings and demonstrations

Develop creative pricing proposals for pilots and new sales opportunities

Develop impactful and creative selling strategies to secure quarterly revenue objectives.

Follow up and follow through with our customers and prospects offering exceptional customer service

Participate in social media helping us to promote our brand awareness routinely

Create and deliver exceptional virtual and in-person level 1 product overviews as necessary

Find new and exciting ways to incorporate Generative AI use cases across the solution and technology portfolio.

Work daily with Digital Wave team members representing Marketing, Consulting Services, R&D and Product Management who are supporting sales efforts and industry events.

Engage with Digital Wave’s Product Management to articulate product gaps and help influence software design.

Work across multiple time zones and occasionally outside office hours.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALITIES

A proven track record of consistent quarter-over-quarter quota achievement

Must have a Bachelor’s degree.

At least 5+ years of Software Sales experience

Proven ability to build a sustaining business/territory to achieve targets

Exceptional presentation skills both virtually and in-person

Strong technical knowledge with business process awareness

Experience in selling Merchandise Financial, Category Managment, and Lifecycle Pricing preferred.
